I'm so glad you're here.

I know how overwhelming reaching out for support can be.


You've just taken a big first step.

My main goal is to make this experience feel as safe and comfortable as possible (while also knowing that it is a very difficult thing to do). That means I'll be upfront about how things work, help you figure out the challenges you're facing right now, and work with you to set goals and a plan for change that feels right for you.

In our sessions, we'll dig into what's brought you here in the first place, explore how you've been handling things so far, and start looking at things from new angles by understanding how your emotions and thoughts influence how you're feeling and acting. Take a look at my FAQ page to get a little more detail about what to expect.

My primary focus is to keep our work client-centered. This means you're the expert in your own life, and we're starting from your personal experiences. Together, we'll get a better idea about what's brought you to this point and help make the changes you're aiming for and if the external circumstances of your life are not able to change we will work on coping with your situation. 

My ultimate aim is to support you in taking steps to get help, make some real positive changes in your life, and, most importantly, start feeling better.
